Common questions
Does the free tier require an account?
No. Free tier works entirely in your browser with no sign-up. Your analysis history is saved in localStorage and stays on your device.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal — no questions asked. Annual billing saves 28%.
What counts as one "analysis"?
Each time you submit a decision description and the AI generates a full analysis, that counts as one analysis. Adjusting probability sliders, viewing saved analyses, or exporting PDFs does not count.
What is PDF export?
Pro users can export their full analysis — including the decision tree, branch breakdown, risks, and upsides — as a formatted PDF. Useful for sharing with stakeholders or keeping a record.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you're not satisfied. Email hello@twoheads.app with your Stripe receipt and we will process the refund.
